Copyright and quote policy

All Audytel's reports are protected by copyright, whether in printed or electronic form.  This applies to press, radio, TV, books, brochures, marketing materials, newsletters, press releases, presentations, and Internet publications.

Internal use by Audytel clients

• Audytel clients are allowed to use internally within their company all reports purchased from Audytel without any prior approval.
• All copyrighted material should be marked “For internal use only”.
   

External publications and quotes

• Quotes from any Audytel reports must be properly attributed to the original source as:  “Source: Audytel, [Name of Report], [Date]”.
• If graphs or drawings are excerpted, then the graphic should be displayed exactly as the original with no edits or changes.
• No more than 10% of a Audytel research report may be excerpted for use in any document. 
• No external use or excerpts from confidential client reports is permitted.
   

Advertising & marketing material and stock filings

• Audytel is a vendor neutral company. Audytel publications and reports may not be used in a way that implies Audytel endorsement of any vendor products or services.
• The use of Audytel name, Audytel logo and Audytel research in any form of advertising or stock filings requires written approval from the company.
   

Audytel does not permit the following uses of its research reports without prior written permission:

• Scanning, or otherwise importing publications into an electronic storage/retrieval system
• Distribution of publications to external organizations via hard copy or electronically such as via e-mail
• Posting complete documents or partial sections of documents on an Internet site
