Audytel adds logistics consulting to the portfolio

Audytel expands portfolio of services to provide advice and consulting services in logistics and supply chain management (SCM).   

Logistics consulting is carried out by the new business unit of Audytela, built upon a specialized logistics advisory company - Konslog. Krzysztof Miziński, founder of Konslog, became the Director of the new business unit. Audytel consultants have multiyear management experience in large international logistics companies and completed a number of logistics consultancy projects in various sectors of the economy.

 

- Logistics need to be tailored for the company needs - says Krzysztof Miziński, Head of Logistics Advisory at Audytel - We saw this in both large and small consulting projects, covering the entire supply chain, from production to distribution and recycling.

- Extension of our services profile into logistics consultancy is a natural consequence of development of our company - adds Emil Konarzewski,  Audytel Managing Partner. - We started our business from a niche area of telecom audits, to gradually extend it to another fields: ICT consultancy and analysis, purchasing management, information security and data protection, and since last year - energy costs optimization. Our entrance into logistics has also been almost forced by our customers, since implementing increasingly complex consulting projects often required us to cover areas dependent on ICT infrastructures, such as the area of logistics.
