Group purchasing organisation
We prepare and provide services consisting in the creation of an electricity group purchasing organisation with respect to entities controlled by a local government or public administration body. The proposed manner of implementation of an energy management project complies with the Public Procurement Law. The full range of services is as follows: the collection of data from entities, usage analysis, market benchmarking, the creation and implementation of procurement procedures, and support in the energy management process via specialist IT tools. Tools are made available to the Customer via a web browser. Their goal is to monitor the energy use, communicate with particular entities, update information on power delivery points, prepare tender documents, make settlements with suppliers, plan and control energy expenditure, and compare the use of energy by particular entities. This solution has been successfully implemented by, inter alia, a local government group purchasing organisation with annual energy costs at a level of more than PLN 70 million and consisting of more than 700 entities that deal with education, culture, health protection, and the city’s communication and infrastructure companies.
