Migration to cloud computing

We offer advisory and analytical support for undertakings that deal with planning and implementation of solutions based on cloud computing. Thanks to our experience, market data, and a proven methodology, we ensure minimisation of costs and optimisation of the scope of implementation.

At present, cloud computing constitutes one of the most significant global directions of IT environments. However, the results of our analyses on the Polish market show that large companies and organisations treat such solutions with great caution. This results in a low level of use of cloud technologies and, consequently, a low level of flexibility in terms of applied solutions. At the same time, we observe that the organisations which were the first to undertake co-ordinated activities towards the cloud almost always decide on its implementation.

Co zyskujesz?

  • Market knowledge necessary to specify project budgets, potential suppliers, and the scope of available solutions,
  • Variant analyses of the profitability of various implementation scenarios,
  • Focus on investing in areas that will produce the best results,
  • Support in the acquisition and implementation of a target solution and post-implementation audit.

Przykładowe realizacje:

Strategic analysis of implementation of Contact Centre as a Service
We have conducted an advisory and analytical project for a Polish national telecommunications operator that specialises in ICT services and solutions for business customers. The project consisted of many stages and focused on CCaaS sales policy (contact-centre as a service made available in public or private cloud computing). The work gave rise to a competition analysis, product scenario analysis, and pricing as well as product policies regarding CCaaS.

Disaster Recovery in the DRaaS model
We have analysed the possibility of constructing a centre for common services in the form of DRC based on cloud infrastructure. The data collected during the analysis enabled the construction of several possible scenarios in order to implement DRC and emergency work environment models. On the basis of pre-defined criteria, an optimal version of a joint project as part of the DRaaS model was developed. The developed concept included both technical and organisational issues within the Group as well as the verification of abilities of the supplier market regarding the response to this task.

Feasibility study into virtual data centre migration
Audytel’s Customer – an international chain of modern warehouses with its agency in Poland and whose IT was based on server resources supplied via the cloud from a foreign supplier – considered the possibility of migrating a virtual data centre to a local supplier. Audytel’s task was to provide a feasibility study, taking into consideration the Customer’s situation and the condition of the Polish market of IaaS suppliers. Moreover, our work resulted in estimating the costs of services (one-off and monthly) with respect to SLA’s qualitative parameters.
